Informative Workshop

On 25th July, 2018 an informative workshop on - IRON EDUCATION was held. It was organised by Swashrit Society at Aakash Public School , Sector- 5, Gurugram. The workshop aimed at giving awareness about benefits of consuming different variety of Iron rich foods.The workshop’s main objective was to inspire the students to understand & share the goodness of Iron rich foods with family , to improve awareness about symptoms & prevention of Iron Deficiency Anemia. These types of workshops help school children to inculcate the habit of eating safe & eating right.
