Dear Parent/Guardian, Kindly make a note of the following points
- Send the complete book set including stationery of your ward to the school. Books and note books are to be properly covered . Properly filled Name slips must be pasted on books and notebooks. The complete book set will be kept by the class teacher . Note books & books will be provided by the class teacher for doing home work depending upon the work done in the class.
- School will organize an activity on ‘ Baisakhi Celebration’ for Pre-Primary students on 13th April, 2018 ( Friday ). Students will give a brilliant ‘ Bhangra Performance’ to celebrate Baisakhi. Kindly send your ward in Punjabi outfit on that day. Parents have to arrange Punjabi dress on their own. Children will dance on Punjabi songs. Relevance of Baisakhi will be told to them.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are pleased to inform you that the Haryana Government is going to begin Measles and Rubella (MR)Vaccination campaign from 25th April, 2018 as part of the National strategy to eliminate Measles & control Rubella/CRS in the country. Under the campaign, the Departments of Health, Education and Government of Haryana are partnering with schools to bring students & teachers to jointly participate in the MR Campaign. Under this campaign, vaccination of about 85 lakh children from 9 months to 15 years of age would be carried out. The campaign would continue for 5-6 weeks.
Measles-Rubella is an infectious viral disease affecting children and adults that can cause death, disabilities like deafness, blindness, etc. Hence all the parents are advised to take advantage of the govt. initiative and support the MR Campaign in order to eliminate Measles from our country. The Government notification clearly indicates that the MR Injection is very safe and effective.
The MR vaccination will be carried out in our school by the State Health Officials on 1st May, 2018 ( Tuesday) during school hours. Parents may come alongwith their ward and take them back after the vaccination ( if they are willing). If there is any medical history of your ward of any kind of reaction /allergy by any injection/medicine, kindly bring to the notice of the class teacher of your ward.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
This is to bring to your kind notice that Times of India Newspaper has an innovative education program i.e. NIE ( News in Education ) edition which aims at bringing the entire world and its happenings into the classroom. This edition has specialized pages for NIE member students. It is a unique platform for the students to write and express their views through its interactive columns and contests. Furthermore, students can also acquire latest information on Science & Technology, History, Arts, Heritage and Current Affairs. It also enables them to gain hands-on experience in journalism and become Star Correspondents.
Keeping in mind the importance of reading the newspaper and to inculcate good reading habits amongst them, the school intends to begin the above program for students from Class IV to XII.
The interested parents are requested to deposit Rs. 375/- ( 8 months subscription ) with your ward’s class teacher latest by 28th April, 2018 ( Saturday ).
